The Tarrant County Small Business Grant Program is providing financial assistance to small businesses in Tarrant County that have been adversely affected by the current COVID-19 pandemic. $30 million in CARES Act funds have been allocated to the program by the Tarrant County Commissioners Court.

The grant application has opened today and will remain open until July 1 at 6 pm. The application can be accessed from the Tarrant County website: http://smallbusiness.tarrantcounty.com/

Businesses are encouraged to first read the information, requirements and guidelines for the grant program and to assemble, prepare and scan their documentation for upload with their application. All uploads must be in .pdf format. This is NOT a first-come-first-served program – all application submitted during the application time period will be considered. It is more important that an application be complete, because once submitted they cannot make changes or resubmit a different application.

The Tarrant County Economic Development Office is available to assist business owners with this process.  They can be reached at: 817-884-1267 or e-mail Lisa McMillan at lmcmillan@tarrantcounty.com.

Our team remains committed to helping you to navigate your options during these challenging times and we appreciate the continued trust you have placed in us.
